Our process.

Our fractional model allows us to integrate with your organization and work with your decision-makers. This means that our process is broken down into the following five steps.

Discovery

As we understand all the pieces of the puzzle, we help to uncover the inconsistencies, gaps, and inefficiencies that can be addressed right away. This is where we collaborate with you to discern what the most important projects are, within a broader strategy.

Step 3

Strategy

Taking budget, timeline, and priority projects into account, we begin to develop a strategy. We assess your team and who is available in-house to work on brand and marketing projects, and who we will bring in from our network to move forward on the next steps.

Step 4

Planning

Once we understand your priorities and create a strategy that will make significant headway on your initiatives, we make a plan for the entire upcoming year, reviewing upcoming events, milestones, and important dates or deadlines. This allows us to be proactive in our approach to rolling out changes and initiatives, rather than reactive.

Step 5

Develop + launch

It’s time to get to work. We develop concepts and storyboards to be approved, and get working on the design, messaging, and deliverables. Our deliverables are tested in multiple formats before delivery, ensuring they have impact with your audience. Finally, we launch the deliverables to your audience. We always measure the success of project launches to gather data and improve on the next round.
